General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These GTC apply to all orders placed through the online shop globalmedi.shop.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase agreement is concluded with the operator of the online shop globalmedi.shop.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer.

The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices (including statutory VAT, if applicable).

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are indicated in the shop.

Delays cannot be ruled out.

6. Liability

Packages will be reshipped in the event of loss or non-delivery.

Reshipment will not occur if the shipment is seized by customs in the following countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland.

Packages will not be resent if the customer provides an incorrect address and/or the package is not picked up or accepted.

7. Data Protection

We respect your privacy and do not store any unnecessary data related to your order. All order data is deleted no later than 30 days after shipment.

If you would like your data deleted immediately, simply send us an email after receiving your order – we will delete your data promptly.

Our customers' information is treated with strict confidentiality and is not shared with third parties or individuals outside our company.
