Shipping Costs:
Our standard shipping fee is €20. Orders over €300 ship for free – making your shopping experience even easier.
Delivery Area:
We ship throughout Europe and can also arrange shipments outside Europe upon request.
Delivery Time & Tracking:
Your order usually arrives within 5–10 business days. No tracker needed – we make sure everything reaches you safely. Please note: we currently do not ship to the USA.
Signature? Not Required!
You don’t need to sign for your package – just receive it and enjoy! 🙂
Safe & Discreet:
We take discretion seriously. All orders are carefully packaged – often in unmarked cosmetic boxes – so no one knows what’s inside. Our team chooses the most reliable courier for each shipment to ensure your package arrives safely.
Minimum Order Value:
There’s no minimum order value – order whatever you like!
Exception: International bank transfers require a minimum order of €200.
Delivery Guarantee:
If a package is lost, we will resend it until it reaches you.
Exception: Delivery guarantee does not apply to Denmark, Sweden, Norway, or Finland.
